Is shipping free?
Yes — free worldwide shipping on every order, no minimum.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery for your country is shown at checkout, and you get a tracking number by email.

Will I pay customs?
Depending on your country, import duties may apply and are the recipient's responsibility.

How long do I have to return?
30 days from delivery, for any unworn piece.

Can I return earrings?
Only if the hygiene seal is unbroken.

When do I get my refund?
Within 5 business days after we receive your return.

Materials & care

What are your pieces made of?
Most pieces are premium stainless steel with an 18k gold finish. Some are sterling silver. Each product page lists the exact materials.

Can I wear them in water?
Yes — our stainless steel pieces are waterproof. Shower, swim and sweat in them.

Are they hypoallergenic?
Yes, they're lead-free and gentle on sensitive skin.
