EU Right of Withdrawal

If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. Salombi also offers a voluntary 30-day return policy, which you can use in addition to this right.

How to withdraw

Send us a clear statement of your decision by email to import@salombi.com with your name, order number and the items concerned. You can use the model form below, but it is not required.

Returning the items

Send the items back within 14 days of telling us you want to withdraw. We'll reply with the return address.

Refund

We refund all payments received for the returned items, using the same payment method you used, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may wait until we've received the items back (or proof that you've sent them) before refunding.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to items made to your specifications or clearly personalised (for example engraved initials or names).
