30-Day Returns

We want you to love your Salombi jewellery. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Conditions

Items must be unworn, in their original condition and packaging.
Personalised items (initials, names, custom birthstones) cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Items bought with the Buy 2, Get 1 Free offer: if you return a paid item, the refund is adjusted to the price actually paid.

How to start a return

Email us at import@salombi.com with your order number. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank, it can take a few extra days to appear.
