30-day returns

You may return any unworn Salombi piece within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Conditions

• Item must be unworn, in original condition, with its original packaging.
• Earrings can only be returned if the hygiene seal is unbroken.
• Custom and engraved pieces are final sale.

How to return

1. Email contact@salombi.com with your order number and the reason for return.
2. We reply with the return address and instructions.
3. Once we receive and check the item, your refund is processed within 5 business days.

Damaged or wrong item

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll send a replacement at our cost.

EU statutory rights

EU customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU. Our 30-day policy extends this. Nothing here limits your statutory rights.
